Viper Networks Announces Enhanced Business Strategy

Viper Networks, Inc. announced that its management and Board of Directors are implementing a new corporate strategy to take effect immediately that commits the Company to expanding operations and investments in key areas, including: technology, real estate and construction and energy.

The Company also announced today that it has filed and had accepted an extensive application to gain legal charter for operating in Saudi Arabia, commencing with large-scale real estate and construction projects. This new entity will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Viper Networks, Inc. Chief Executive Officer, Farid Shouekani, commented on this new strategic initiative, “Due to our international presence and extensive contacts through our wholly-owned telecommunications subsidiary, Viper International, LLC, the Company has determined to take advantage of global opportunities created and in response to the changes in overall international markets. In addition to strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, the Company has and will continue to identify and retain qualified personnel to join our team.”

Mr. Shouekani continued, “In addition to our continued filings with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission, we will be announcing more positive developments and updating our shareholders through press releases, a year end letter to the shareholders and new, comprehensive web site, which is expected to be launched in the next 30 days, resulting in an overall corporate makeover. We are confident that our existing shareholders and new shareholders alike will be as enthusiastic as we are about the progress the Company has made in 2008 and how well poised we feel we are going into 2009.”
