Famous architect Vandeventer + Carlander designed a very beautiful architecture located in Washington State called cabin on Vashon Island. Actually this cabin is not a new architecture. it’s just the re-newed building of the previous one but it is added with a daylight basement. This new re-model also Given tight site development restrictions resulting from an existing drain field.

with idea to add an additional floor area, the design concept evolved into making a small addition, replacing a previous exterior deck. The new design contains the master bedroom, bath and kitchen.
The daylight basement was remodeled to include a family room, two bedrooms, and a new bath and laundry. [source]
