Ty Pren by Feilden Fowles - Exterior

This simple yet stunning house design is Ty Pren, a house that was built in 2009 by London based architectural firm Feilden Fowles. This Ty Pren house is located in Brecon Beacons National Park, King’s Rd, Llandovery, Dyfed SA20 0AW, UK and situated in linear Greenfield site in the village of Trallong in the midst of the Brecon Beacons. The design of this modern ‘long house’ was based on the contour of the land where this house was built which is in the slope of the hill. The building process was managed by the client themselves, with their holistic environmental approach that facilitated the efficient delivery of a sustainable building, the material chosen, and the budget also being handled by themselves.
