Tribute to Nordic design

The classic Nordic style is immutable and very hot on the international design scene. Inspired by this trend, the young Danish designer Rikke Frost created furniture for both the living room and dining area, which pays tribute to the Scandinavian design traditions.

Oak, beech and everything green and the changing seasons of cold and warm days. The Nordic nature have inspired designers of all time to create furniture with a unique Scandinavian touch. Rikke Frost is one of them. She has already made his mark on many Danish furniture, and now also at an all-new, classic series of IDEmøbler.

A characteristic of her designs is that the furniture is created in the Nordic materials and with respect for the finesse and the tightness of simple design. The series’ dining-table designs are based on retro-style and familiar elements from past designers. The table is made of solid oak soap treated, and its legs are set slightly tilted to one side in a dynamic whole. For the series includes a low sofa table.
