Architecture design studio Pb Elemental has completed designing the The PC1 Residence located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood. This residence is coming from the Seattle, Washington based design/build firm that is producing a surprising amount of contemporary homes. This house residence is a dramatic and well-lit space single family house that designed with translucent polycarbonate sheets enclose the major living spaces resulting in an abundance of natural light and an interior wall that changes with the weather. The 2,850 sf residence consists of three levels with an 850sf secondary suite and two-car garage on the lower level. via
