Simple but modern house design is done by Steve Lazar. This architect designed and built the Lifeguard Tower Residence in Hermosa Beach, California. The Lifeguard Tower features an expansive living area and kitchen, four bedrooms, and three full baths and a powder room. The idea of this design is coming from the beach gurd place, The owner wants to have the guard place for himself where he live and settle in and doing activity on this place. The residence narrows as it reaches the look-out tower room that gives onto a picturesque,1,600-square-foot grass-covered entertainment and dining deck facing the ocean.
The Lifeguard Tower Residence by Lazar shows its beauty during night. At night, the tower glows like a beacon of light, as it is beautifully illuminated through multiple windows that surround the structure. Although the 3,400-square-foot home is contemporary in spirit, it takes its inspiration from the classic old architecture and lifeguard towers of Maine and Cape Cod. So many wonderful details and angles can be found in this modern house design. via
