The Modern House Estate Agents has added The Focus House on their house for sale lists which is for sale at £899,950. The designer and architect is Bere Architects and has won a number of awards for both its architecture and the many environmentally friendly features that were used. The design of this is so unique which is being squeezed in between a couple of Victorian terrace homes. The entrance is 2.8 meters (9.2 feet) wide, expanding to 7 meters (23 feet) wide at the back. The house further contrasts with those around it by abandoning the typical brick and instead going with grey zinc cladding. Such a great house, well done job for the architect for designing this stunning house. via
