TacTiles

TacTiles are 3-inch, self-adhesive squares for “floating floor” commercial carpet tile installations. The tabs, designed for use with products that have InterfaceFLOR’s GlasBac backing, are made with PET—the plastic used for soda bottles. They allow fast, easy installation on top of almost any hard surface by adhering the carpet tiles together underneath each intersecting corner. The adhesive prevents horizontal movement of the carpet tiles, yet allows easy removal of individual tiles or sections as needed. When the flooring is eventually reclaimed, the TacTiles can be recycled along with the carpet.
