The benefit to us a IR-welded shell and tube heatexchanger is the immensely longer durability and there are no dead spots, very important in ultrapure-water applications. The above mentioned dimensions are producable in PP and in PVDF. Smaller dimensions also in ECTFE up to DN 150 and in PFA up to DN 100 . Beside the capillary-dimensions 5, 2 x 6, 0 mm it is possible to install 1, 7 x 2, 0/ 3, 4 x 4, 0/6, 8 x 8, 0/8 x 10 and 10 x 12 mm. This depends on the customized medias.
