Venice Beach Lofts by Steven Ehrlich Architects

Four lofts occupy this tight 60 ft. x 120 ft. site in Venice, California, a half block from the popular and crowded boardwalk. The design concepts of the lofts were to maximize the potential of the small lot and explore how large volumes could extend into the ocean breeze beach environment.
