Deep Down, Inc. announced unaudited results for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2008, on Form 10-Q filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2008 increased $6.8 million to $11.7 million, a 140% increase over the same three-month period in 2007.
