Profilit planks in a combination of clear and sand-blasted cast glass were used. Reglit is a cast-glass plank system typically employed as an external glazing system, but at the refurbishment of Imperial College’s Central Library it was used internally for glazed partitions and as a bespoke external louvre type system to the new service tower above the entrance. Systemair (STO:SYSR) has got an order with a total value of 2,9 MEUR, for the refurbishment of the A32 Torino-Bardonnecchia highway tunnels, to be delivered between 2008 and 2010. The A32 is a major route connecting Italy to France. The highway is 76 km long and has nine tunnels, the longest is 5.190 m long.
