Peab builds a new hotel in Stockholm

Peab has been commissioned to build a new hotel close to Kista Fair in Stockholm. Arthur Buchardt is the client and contract sum amounts to about SEK 600 million. The building will consist of partly a hotel with 300 rooms and partly a restaurant, offices and conference activities. Systemair (STO:SYSR) has got an order with a total value of 2,9 MEUR, for the refurbishment of the A32 Torino-Bardonnecchia highway tunnels, to be delivered between 2008 and 2010. Peab Industri has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in NSP, Nordfjeldske Spunt og Peleservice AS, in Norway.
