Peab builds a new hotel in Stockholm

Peab has been commissioned to build a new hotel close to Kista Fair in Stockholm. Arthur Buchardt is the client and contract sum amounts to about SEK 600 million. The building will consist of partly a hotel with 300 rooms and partly a restaurant, offices and conference activities. Systemair (STO:SYSR) has got an order with a total value of 2,9 MEUR, for the refurbishment of the A32 Torino-Bardonnecchia highway tunnels, to be delivered between 2008 and 2010. The A32 is a major route connecting Italy to France. The highway is 76 km long and has nine tunnels, the longest is 5.190 m long. Peab Industri has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in NSP, Nordfjeldske Spunt og Peleservice AS, in Norway. NSP operates on the foundations market and has its headquarters in Trondheim. In 2007 the company had sales of NOK 125 million. NSP employs a staff of over 40.
