Peab builds a new hotel in Stockholm

Peab has been commissioned to build a new hotel close to Kista Fair in Stockholm. Arthur Buchardt is the client and contract sum amounts to about SEK 600 million. The building will consist of partly a hotel with 300 rooms and partly a restaurant, offices and conference activities. In the next few days, JM will start construction of the first stage of residential units in apartment blocks in popular Silverdal, Sollentuna outside of Stockholm.
