Olive 8 is A new hotel and condo development located in Seattle, Washington and it is designed by Gluckman Mayner Architects. A 140 m (460 ft), 39 floor mixed-use skyscraper that has 229 residential condominium homes above a Hyatt Hotel and it is also the largest residential building in the city.
