An innovative eco-friendly home in a Cotswold nature reserve has been sold for a world record £7.2 million for a country house. The eco-friendly Orchid House, built on a lake in a privately-owned Cotswold (U.K.) nature reserve, is predicted to produce more energy than it uses. 1st National Bank of Howell received USGBC LEED Certification

First National Bank is one of the first banks in the country to receive USGBC LEED Certification for it’s environmentally friendly design. Upon initial occupancy, the 3,500 sf facility was the second smallest commercial building in the country to be certified showcasing the benefits of sustainabile design in the small business environemnt.
