Merger to Create Ohio’s Largest Affordable Housing Owner-Manager Firm

In a move that will create the state’s largest owner and manager of affordable housing, The Wallick Companies, Columbus, and Stern-Hendy Properties, Cincinnati, announced today the merger of the firms’ operations.
