Satterfield & Pontikes Corporate Headquarters by Kirksey Architecture

Completed October 2006, this Class A office building is a 65,000 sf, three-story, cast-in-place concrete structure. Satterfield & Pontikes initiated and encouraged the integration of a virtual building process, Building Information Modeling (BIM) with an expectation of hurdling common challenges resulting from the traditional structured projects. Located in a highly-desirable office park, the facility’s appeal is further enhanced with an ambitious adherence to the requirements of the United States Green Building Commission’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) certification ensuring the building will be both sustainable and energy efficient.
