Sanyo Eco-i HVAC System

Sanyo’s ECO-i VRF (variable refrigerant flow) heat pumps are all-in-one modular space conditioning systems providing ductless heating and cooling for multiple discrete zones in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The units use non-ozone-depleting R410a refrigerant to provide from 3.2 to 20.7 tons cooling, and 3.6 to 23.2 tons heating, depending on model and configuration—some of which have a COP over 4.0 at full load (most heat pumps are between 2.0 and 3.0). These systems need only a single refrigerant pipe network and one building penetration.
