What a beautiful remodeled house can be seen in San Francisco, California. this house is called Rutledge Street Residence and designed by Schwartz and Architecture, the architecture company that focus is always on the promise of the constructed artifact as the most potent test of the full complexity of architecture. This Rutledge Street Residence is used to 1950’s Bernal Heights residence an expansive feel that belies its limited square footage.
To add the modern and great things to this Rutledge Street Residence, Schwartz and Architecture put the additional staircase to connect the first floor and the second floor, and to accommodate a future third floor addition. All the old things of this house are removed and replaced it with the brand new modern one. The large glass windows also added to maximize the beautiful city view so it can be enjoyed from the inside of the house.
