In making the plan there is an idea making the house with the concept of one continuous mass, with a number of indentations. Characteristics of this house residence’s Gross floor area is 479 m² , and Volume: 1.730 m³ . This Residence Roosendaal is designed so nice and clean with white wall hanging everywhere. Designed so simple but has aesthetic value make this residence so chic and sophisticated. The designed aimed to create a balance situation between interior and exterior, living room has been deliberately raised by 80 centimeters, aimed to creates a direct relationship with the magnificently wide view. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a lowered terrace, which takes the split level to the outdoor space as well.
