Ramsey-Shilling Negotiates 17,182 SF Medical Office Lease in Encino, CA

Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc a full-service commercial real estate company based in Los Angeles, is pleased to announce Huntington Reproductive Center’s lease of 17,182 square feet of medical office space. This $9.4 million transaction has HRC part of the first and second floors at the Encino Arches, located at 15503 Ventura Boulevard in Encino, CA.

Due to the lack of viable options for a large medical user, Ramsey-Shilling’s Director of Healthcare/Principal Michael Dettling needed to find a creative solution for this requirement. Through a successful “change-in-use” for this class A building, HRC will convert the office space to build a surgery center, IVF lab and medical offices.

HRC outgrew its Tarzana location and this new facility is centrally located near the 405 and 101 freeways to service its customer base.
