Premier Real Estate Auctions, Inc. has signed an agreement with Colonial Bank of Miami to hold a public auction in Dec. The featured property consists of 3.99 amazing acres and is situated on the east and west sides of Gulf Blvd, just north of 199th Street. The property is zoned CT, commercial tourism, and the new owner has the opportunity to develop the Atlantis West Beach Club – as set forth in the site plan.
