Osburn Cabinets & Design celebrates 35 years in business and a long history as a premium custom cabinetmaker in Colorado. Established in 1974, this independent, family-owned company has learned to evolve over the years, adapting to changing economic, demographic and competitive environments.

In the 1990s the company ventured into the retail cabinet business, adding its own custom lines and a full range of branded cabinets to appeal to all budgets. After 9/11, the company diversified its manufacturing to provide commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork to contractors, architects and large-scale commercial properties.

“We’re happy that the business has kept within the family,” Osburn Cabinets & Design General Manager Jesse Osburn said. “I’m proud of the business my father started and the company it has become.”

According to Osburn, the company has responded to the economic slowdown by reducing costs, expanding its geographic scope and looking for creative opportunities to generate sales.

“Employees are working together and making sacrifices to ensure that we provide an example of success with little outside help, a continued focus on quality and sheer determination,” said Osburn.

The company has maintained its reputation locally and throughout Colorado for its custom products, while developing a regional presence throughout the western United States with its competitive prices, high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional follow-through.
