North Fork Residence is designed by Thielsen Architects, the architectural firm that is committed to creating distinctive built environments. This modern resident is located in in the town of Snoqualmie in Washington State sitting on the edge of a wooded cliff overlooking Tate Creek. The house was designed to maximize the site of the surrounding which is a mountainous site. The form of the house is adapted to the mountainous site and it is resulted the underground garage built into the slope and the use of natural stone as an exterior finish material where the building meets the ground. Both interior and exterior are designed to face the east where the natural view of Cascade foothills and Mt. Si. can be seen clearly. such a nice, fantastic and fabulous house to live. love it. via
