Most Home Corp. Enters into Letter of Intent With DataVision to Sell Netupdate

Most Home Corp. announced it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with DataVision Inc., of Mishawaka, Indiana, to sell all or substantially all of the operating assets of its wholly owned subsidiary, Netupdate Inc., a developer of leading technologies for mortgage lenders.

The parties to the letter of intent expect to enter into a definitive agreement, subject to customary due diligence, on or about January 1, 2009. The sale of Netupdate is expected to be structured as a three year arrangement that calls for monthly payments, based on a percentage of gross revenues earned by the Netupdate operations, with a minimum cumulative payment of $500,000.00 over that period. Further details of the transaction will be released if and when a final agreement is signed.
