This 2,000sf home, Monterey Blvd House was designed by KAA Design located in the Hermosa Beach area of Los Angeles, California. Monterey Blvd House is a single open space which contains cooking, dining, and living functions no partition that separated all these rooms they are all connected each other and creating such a nice and beautiful place to settle in. All this space is on the ground level. In order to achieve a sense of spaciousness in such a small footprint, on the ground level interior partitions are almost eliminated. via
