Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation Will Host Investor Forums in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Tampa, Florida

Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation is pleased to announce that it will host three upcoming investor forums to be held on December 9 and 10, 2008, in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Tampa, Florida, respectively.

On Tuesday, December 9, 2008, Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation and its sister REIT, UMH Properties, Inc. will host an Investors’ Forum in West Palm Beach, Florida, at The Phillips Point Club By The Breakers at 12:00 Noon.

Later on December 9, the companies will host a Forum in Boca Raton, Florida, at Maggiano’s Restaurant at 4:30 p.m.

In addition, on Wednesday, December 10, the companies will host a Forum in Tampa, Florida, at The Tampa Palm Restaurant at 12:00 Noon. The presentation slides will be available following the conferences at the company websites: www.mreic.com and www.umh.com.
