This 204 meters skyscraper building becomes the home to three educational institutions: Tokyo Mode Gakuen (fashion vocational school), HAL Tokyo (special technology and design college), and Shuto Ik? (medical college). The design, The triangular-shaped steel bracing covers it all in glass is so modern with unique and beautiful aesthetic design.
