Mexico Alive Seminar Provides Answers about Real Estate Investment in Mexico

Monday, September 22nd 2008

Mexico-based real estate development company Mexico Alive® presents the first Sacramento seminar designed to answer questions about real estate investing and secondary home purchases in Mexico.

“While the US market is faltering, real estate in Mexico is still heating up,” says Benjamin Beja, CEO of Mexico Alive. “Unlike the US, coastal real estate is still affordable and with the influx of foreign investors, its value will only rise. Now is an excellent time to buy because you are almost guaranteed a high rate of return on your investment over a short period of time.”

Led by author and investor Tom Kelly, author of “Cashing in on a Second Home in Mexico,” the seminars cover a wide range of topics from real estate laws to available health care. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from highly qualified experts.

The free seminar presents a way for potential investors to learn more about the process of buying a home in Mexico, a subject that has long been fraught with myths and inaccurate information. Those wishing for more information than the two hour seminar can provide are invited to register for Mexico Alive’s Discovery Weekend®, a three day trip to Puerto Vallarta where they will attend more detailed seminars, view multiple available properties and experience what Puerto Vallarta has to offer for their lifestyle. The Discovery Weekend package is all-inclusive and includes sightseeing features like a bay cruise, Puerto Vallarta city tour and Mexican fiesta.
