Another achievement had been achieved by Shenzhen-based firm WAU Design, the architectural company that work in architectural building such as hotel, leisure/sport, residential, workplace, science, renovation, and interiors. REcently they have won the team a Commendation in the Design Ideas Competition for their magnificent proposal design of the Liantang / Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point Passenger Terminal Building, a new structure between the New Territories of Hong Kong and Luohu in Shenzhen, China.

In designing this a new boundary control point passager at Liantang / Heung Yuen Wai in the north-eastern New Territories of Hong Kong and Luohu in Shenzhen, WAU Design ain’t working alone, they work together and do collaboration with HKSARG (Hong Kong’s Civil Engineering and Development Department) and SMPG (Shenzhen Municipality’s Bureau of Public Works) to achieve the maximal design of this place. To avoid the passengers get confused, Two clearance streamlines are combined into one, two departure halls are both set on the 2nd floor. A low-scope path leads passengers to the arrival hall and avoid too much dependence on vertical transportation.
