Karnak Roof Coatings

Karnak 501 and 505-M Elasto-Brite acrylic-polymer coatings for metal, asphalt, and non-APP (atactic polypropylene) built-up roofs can prolong the life of those membranes, and lower the building’s air conditioning energy needs if ENERGY STAR-rated white is applied. Gray, tan, patina green, and terra cotta red are also available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. These water-based products can be applied by brush, spray, or roller, and have a VOC content of 120 grams per liter. (When primers, sealers, base coats, and other fluid applications are also used, be aware of the VOC contents of those materials as well.)
