Hako presents the newly developed scrubber-drier generation Hakomatic B 45 for basic and maintenance cleaning of all nontextile floors.
Based on one body there is a choice of seven versions available – economical with Powerflow or more comfortable with infinitely variable drive (forward and reverse). There are two working widths (43 and 51 cm) and two battery packages to meet various running time requirements as well as a version especially for hospital use.
The Hakomatic B 45 has a compact build; it is easy to manoeuvre and offers a clear, unobstructed view of the area to be cleaned. The operating elements are clearly arranged and laid out and selfexplanatory, the optimized handle position enables relaxed working and fatigue-free operation. The electric brush release system (BRS) makes it very easy to change the brushes.
As a result of the noise-reduced turbine, extremely quiet (only 64 dB(A) at the operator’s ear), with optional Silent Kit (standard on the hospital version Hakomatic B 45 CLH) this can be reduced to 61 db(A).
The new Hakomatic B 45 is delivered as standard with on-board charger, battery checking device with charge level display and low discharge protection as well as working hour meter.
Useful options such as utensil net, hand-held suction hose or mop holder round off what’s on offer.
When designing this Hakomatic machine family, environmental and cost considerations were at the fore. Thanks to the Hako Aqua Control System considerably less water and cleaning agent is used: brushes and water supply are automatically stopped when the machine comes to a standstill; the dosage of cleaning solution is carried out precisely and dependent on the speed (equipment model version CL) and can thus be adapted to the corresponding type of dirt without problem. As a result of the newly designed squeegee there is the highest degree of dryness on the floor. Squeegee rubbers / tapes are extremely resistant to wear and tear and can be used four times. As a result of the optional automatic filling and dosage system, precise chemical dosage and no waiting time during the filling process.
The Hako Long Life Concept
Whether impact-resistant synthetic material tanks, cast aluminium brush head or high grade steel squeegee: when choosing materials attention has been paid to the fact that the machines have to overcome the rough and tough working day for a long time, troublefree and optically perfect.
