HAO, Holm Architecture Office is an international design collective focuses on creating strong working collaborations with clients and designers through an open and inclusive design process. and rignt now, they do such a great collaboration with Archiland Beijing, the international consultant company that provide landscape design, architecture, interior design, and urban design and planning. Their great collaboration is to design the Dongjiang Harbor, and here are some picture of their master plan entry. This Dongjiang Harbor is sitting on Binhai area, 60 kilometers outside of the city of Tianjin in Northern China on a newly developed section of the coastline. situated on the ocean view, The plan includes 280,000 square meters of residential development, with 40,000 square meters of mixed-use office, retail, and public space. via
