David Sauder Named Vice President, Global Business Development at L.B. Foster Company

Pittsburgh based L.B. Foster Company is pleased to announce that Mr. David Sauder has joined the company as Vice President, Global Business Development. This newly created position will report directly to President and CEO Stan Hasselbusch.

Mr. Sauder has over 15 years of business management experience and comes to L.B. Foster from Joy Mining Machinery, where as Director, Global Business Development he was responsible for leading the company’s M&A and new business initiatives. Prior to that, he was Manager, Business Development for Eaton Corporation. He previously held various positions of increasing responsibility at Duquesne Light Company and PNC Bank.

In his new role, Mr. Sauder will direct the company’s M&A activities and assist the various product teams across the company in developing and implementing global growth initiatives.

Mr. Sauder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an MBA from Waynesburg College.
