China Advanced Construction Materials Group Hires Gene Hsiao as Chief Financial Officer

China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. a leading provider of ready-mix concrete in China, today announced the hiring of Gene Hsiao, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Hsiao has extensive experience in both finance and management positions. Prior to joining China ACM, Mr. Hsiao was the Director of Finance and Consulting Manager at Milligan & Company, LLC, where he was responsible for audit and compliance business planning, as well as overseeing various accounting and management consulting projects. He also successfully established new accounting and financial reporting systems and an internal control policy that reduced administrative costs by 26%. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Hsiao was the Finance Manager for J & J Snack Foods Corporation where he prepared corporate annual budgeting processes and financial statements for SEC reporting and was responsible for financial analysis, cash flow projection, and reviewing internal control, accounting procedures, and the quarterly financial closings. Prior to that, he held the positions of Accounting Supervisor with RCN Corporation and Operation Analyst with ARAMARK Corporation. Mr. Hsiao is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting and Commerce Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
