Located in Phoenix, Arizona, This 70,000 sf and 420 ft mix-used skyscraper tower is Phoenix Observation Tower and it is designed by BIG, Bjarke Ingels Group the Copenhagen, Denmark based Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design firm. This Observation Tower for Phoenix is designed for Client: Novawest and in collaboration with MKA (structure), Atelier10 (sustainability), Gensler (local architect), TenEyck (landscape).
The Observation Tower for Phoenix is designed as the brand new tourism object that provide tourists and citizens of Phoenix to enjoy the city’s spectacular views of the surrounding mountain ranges and dramatic sunsets. This tower will contain flexible exhibition, retail and recreational spaces which are accessed via three glass elevators that connect the base with the summit and offer panoramic views of the city and the tower’s programs as visitors ascend or descend. and on the middle of the tower is restaurant and The base of the tower will serve as a public plaza offering shade, water features and a small amount of retail together with a subterranean queuing area.
