Altus Group Finalizes the Acquisition of Capital Planning Solutions Inc.

Altus Group Income Fund announced that it has completed the acquisition of Capital Planning Solutions Inc. (“CPSI”). Altus financed this acquisition with a combination of cash, bank financing and equity.
