Altamira Residence is a modern residence located in Palos Verdes, California and it is design by Marmol Radziner, The architecture firm and design studio that working in the architectural field including residential, restoration, commercial, multifamily, community, interior design, landscape design, construction. This Altamira Residence which Occupies 20-acres along the rugged coastline of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, is designed to bring out the childhood memory, childhood camping trips, family picnics, and romantic sunsets between husband and wife. Because of this sense of place, the clients wanted to maintain the “untouched” feel of the land as much as possible in the design of their 15,500 square foot family complex and to connect it to the surrounding landscape both physically and visually.

Both interiors and exterior of this Altamira Residence are designed perfectly in every single detail. it aimed to maximize the beautiful site with panoramic and dramatic view of the ocean. Not only armed with the great design and finest furniture collection, this Altamira Residence by Marmol Radziner also completed with outdoor swimming pool, vegetable garden, olive orchard, camping platform, beach volleyball area, and various look-out points. Just perfect.
