Alpen Glow and Howelsen Place Announce Creation of In-House Sales and Marketing Team

James A. Cook, founding owner/broker at Colorado Group Realty, announced today that given his increased involvement with multiple development projects in the Steamboat Springs market he will pass the baton as the lead real estate broker for the sale of the remaining residential units at Alpen Glow and Howelsen Place.

Commencing November 1, 2008, sales and marketing for Alpen Glow and Howelsen Place will be managed by Ski Town Lifestyle Properties LLC, a newly created in-house entity. Longtime Steamboat project sales expert Beth Postemski will be the managing broker for the new entity. Prior to assuming this leadership role, Beth was the exclusive sales representative for Sidney Peak Ranch from 2004 through 2008. Beth will join the existing team of Joe Cashen, Jon Sanders, and Judy Wagar in the creation of a dedicated team with extensive product sales and leasing experience. The team will report to Mark Scully, Principal, Scully Partners LLC and the regional partner for the property developer, Green Courte Partners, LLC.

Beth has the experience and energy to succeed in today’s more challenging marketplace.” As a partner in Alpen Glow, Howelsen Place and River Walk, Cook will continue to consult with the properties’ developer regarding strategic planning issues, design and project management.
