Today’s post is coming from OAB a.k.a Office of Architecture in Barcelona that created by partners Carlos Ferrater, Xavier Martí, Lucía Ferrater, and Borja Ferrater, along with Núria Ayala as Director of Projects for the studio in 2006. they have received several awards for their architecture design. One of their recent work is this AA House, a modern architecture house design located in in Barcelona, Spain. There are a lot of glasswork, trellises, and sliding panels at the base floor, they connect the interior and exterior directly. the rooms, halls, library, dining rooms, kitchen, main bedroom and guest suites are in this base floor while The upper level serves as the Piano Nobile, and private level. The footprint of this modern house building uses a superimposed 7×7 meter skewed grid to support the program in a composition similar to a musical score. so great and so awesome. such another great work in designing modern house done by AOB. via
