1105dwell by Dwell Development

1105dwell is a mutli-family residential building with four units of The Seattle-based design/build firm Dwell Development. The scale of the window openings and the horizontal wooden framing at the corners is fine gesture at both, inside and outside the house.

The external pannel composition is well resolved and the introduction of a color (red) breaks succesfully the monotony of wood. The selection of plants to do with gardening is well thought and solved. [source]
